“AAA” HOCKEY TOURNAMENT

The Hamilton Reps Hockey Club will be hosting the 24th Annual Tim Hortons AAA Huskies Hockey Tournament from October 9th through the 12th, 2009.
New This Year – NO GATE FEES!
Format:
-Each team is guaranteed four (4) games in round robin format
-Semi-finals, Finals for advancing teams
-Player & Team Awards
-HOCKEY CANADA/OHF tournament and playing rules will govern all games
-Body contact will be permitted only in the Minor Peewee to Midget Divisions. There
will not be body contact in the Atom Divisions
-Game lengths: Minor Atom-Minor Bantam (9-13yrs), 10-10-15;
Major Bantam (14yrs), 10-15-15; Minor Midget & Midget (15-17yrs), 15-15-flood-15

Team selection will be based on ONLY those entrants with fully paid entry fees submitted by the July 31st deadline. Successful applicants will be notified as soon as possible after the deadline. All openings will be filled as required and at the discretion of the Tournament Selection Committee.
Tournament information (i.e. schedules & maps) will be forwarded to all accepted teams. Teams must be capable of accepting designated game times. In order to avoid frustration, please book hotel accommodation early, as rooms will be at a premium. Teams that are not selected will receive a full refund/returned cheque.
Withdrawal after acceptance: accepted teams that withdraw more than 1 month prior to the tournament start will be refunded 50% of the entry fee. If an accepted team withdraws less than 1 month prior to the tournament start, the entry fee will not be refunded.
